The building is a former rural stable dating back to the 19th century, located in the Cà Lino area of the Municipality of Chioggia, within the traditional agricultural landscape of the Venetian countryside. The restoration project has returned to the community an authentic example of historic rural architecture, enhancing original features such as exposed brick masonry, arched openings and traditional timber structures.

The intervention was carried out thanks to funding from the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Mission 1 – Component 3 – Investment 2.2 (M1C3-2.2). The project is identified by Project ID 9995 and associated with CUP H97.B24000040004.

Today, the building stands as a place of memory and local identity, dedicated to public enjoyment and cultural enhancement. It can be visited two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday from 3 PM to 5 PM) by appointment only (for reservations, please, click here), as part of guided visits for cultural and educational purposes.
